Update 0.1.0

Last week was devoted to polishing and adding some new mechanics:

• added cruise filght mode
• added enemiy ships' explosions (piew-piew-piew..... baaang)
• reworked upgrade system: you're now able to up your cargo and tank size
• fullscreen / window switching
• camera is more dynamic now allowing a wider overlook
