Updated visuals and mining mechanics

This time I went deep in polishing the game:

- add shot knockback and sparks. Damn that's satisfyin'

- reworked planet generating system. Who is Perling btw?

- reworked mining mechanics

- add dynamic camera

- enemies are a bit smarter now.... a tiny tiny bit
